Backend Developer Intern

DynamicWeb is an international eCommerce provider with 25 years of software experience, based in Aarhus. You will become part of a development team, consisting of software enthusiasts, product managers, and QA.

You will work closely with project managers, web developers, digital consultants and customers in order to find the most efficient implementation of their new eCommerce, CMS and PIM platform.

You will be offered a chance to make an impact and together, we will decide what your task and focus will be in your time as an Intern. 

We will set the bar only as high as you want it to go and hope you will challenge us as much as we will try to challenge you. 

It is hard for us to say exactly what feature or product you would be inspired to work with, but we hope for you to grow with responsibility and find your passion within eCommerce software. Here are a couple of examples of tasks that interns before you have been involved with:

• Build a framework for using OpenAI inside the DynamicWeb platform, where it’s possible to define your own prompts. One of the functionalities that were implemented, was the ability to generate product descriptions based on some other information on the product.
• Implement some of our new Content Modules, which is used to pass the information from the DynamicWeb administration into the frontend, where the information can then be tailored so it matches the customers’ requirements. Here the intern got to be part of the typical product development process, which means that the intern was involved all the way from the idea, to the initial talks about the functionality and scope, and all the way up to doing the actual code, and having some finished functionality ready.

Many of our current interns have grown from smaller tasks to delivering on key business metrics and meanwhile discovered their passion with us.
