Your role in the Sales Nordics team

As Sales Manager, Denmark, you will be responsible for building a strong pipeline in close collaboration with Marketing and Pre-Sales, with a primary focus on driving new business for both Partners and DynamicWeb.

Your main responsibilities

As Client Director, you’ll be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of customers—guiding them from first contact to successful delivery. You’ll work closely with our partners and internal teams to ensure full adoption of our solutions and high customer satisfaction. Your focus will be on:

·       Following up on leads and turning them into successful projects

·       Building and expanding relationships with both customers and partners

·       Supporting long-term value creation through strategic account management

·       Collaborating with partners on specific cases

·       Contributing to our Danish growth strategy alongside Nordic leadership

You’ll be part of a team that values initiative, structure, and momentum. You’ll have the freedom to shape your own pipeline while working closely with colleagues across sales, marketing, and delivery.

You will work in close cooperation with Professional Services who delivers the projects, and DW Care who handles all support matters from customers in operations. 

Your profile

We imagine you bring solid experience from commerce or ERP space, ideally with some familiarity with DynamicWeb. You understand partner-driven sales models and complex customer projects, and you’re motivated by a fast paced work style.

  • Proven B2B sales and business development experience
  • Strong understanding of digital commerce and solution selling
  • Ability to balance independent responsibility with team collaboration
  • Structured and persistent approach to managing your pipeline
  • Motivation to build trust and deliver lasting customer value
